Delivery
Delivery and insurance cost for delivery within New Zealand is a flat rate no matter how many products you order. When shopping across our other brands within your same order, you will be charged the lowest delivery fee. Charges are per order and are not based on weight. We strive to deliver every order as soon as possible. On average we will dispatch in stock orders within 2 business days of the order being placed. Due to stock availability of some products, please allow 28 days for their delivery. We will notify you via your nominated email address once your product(s) have been dispatched from our warehouse.

In certain circumstances, we may need to reject your order. This may happen where the requested product is not available or if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the site. Products are dispatched from Gaiam, 431 Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest, NSW, Australia.

Returns
Products returned must be in original condition and packaging. You will receive a credit or refund for the full purchase price (excluding delivery and insurance).
Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. All products are supplied for domestic use only and not for and commercial use.
